Description
The Provincial Continuing Care System contains the NL records submitted by the RHAs to the Continuing Care Reporting System at CIHI. It captures clinical, demographic and administrative information from Meditech on residents in residential and hospital-based continuing care facilities. In NL, only long term care residential facilities submit data. Coverage has increased from three facilities in 2009/10 to 32 facilities in 2014/15.
