Description
The Provincial Home Care System contains the NL records submitted by the RHAs to the Home Care Reporting System at CIHI. It captures clinical, demographic and administrative information on clients assessed for continuing care needs, including home care or placement. Provincial implementation started in 2014 with application to a limited client group initially.
